In an open cooker, heat the oil then add the celery, red pepper
and onions. Fry it gently until the onion is transparent. Take out
any excess oil.
Add the mushrooms, bean sprouts, salt, stock and pepper.
Continue to stir the mixture
Close the cooker and place it under H pressure and let id cook
for 4 minutes. Immediately reduce the pressure.
Turn on the heat of the cooker. In cold water, add the corn
flour and place it on the cooker whilst stirring. Simmer it until it
thickens then add seasonings to taste.
