
Green Beans Provencale (Pressure Cooker) Recipe
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes on high pressure
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 750 grams runner or French beans, trimmed and cut into 5 cm
lengths
- 225 gram can tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
Directions:
- Heat the oil in the open cooker. Add the onion, garlic and beans
and fry gently for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes with their juice, the wine and salt and pepper
to taste.
- Close the cooker, bring to H pressure and cook for 3 minutes.
Reduce the pressure quickly.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning, and serve sprinkled with
parsley.
