Green Beans Provencale

Green Beans Provencale (Pressure Cooker) Recipe

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 3 minutes on high pressure

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 750 grams runner or French beans, trimmed and cut into 5 cm lengths
  • 225 gram can tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper chopped fresh parsley, to garnish

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil in the open cooker. Add the onion, garlic and beans and fry gently for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes with their juice, the wine and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Close the cooker, bring to H pressure and cook for 3 minutes. Reduce the pressure quickly.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
