
Beef and Horseradish Casserole (Pressure Cooker) Recipe
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes on high pressure
Ingredients:
- Two tablespoons of oil
- One medium onion peeled and chopped
- 100 grams of button mushrooms
- 750 grams of beef shin cut in cubes of 2.5 cm
- One tablespoon of creamed horseradish
- Half tablespoon of dry mustard
- 600 ml of beef stock
- Salt
To Finish:
- 150 ml of soured cream
- One tablespoon of chopped chives
Directions:
- Heat oil in an open cooker and fry the onion until they turn
brown.
- Add mushroom and continue frying for about 2 minutes. Remove the
vegetables and drain well.
- Add meat cubes in cooker and cook to brown on all sides.
- Remove cooker from heat and return vegetables to burn with
horseradish, stock, mustard and salt.
- Close the cooker and raise pressure to H pressure and cook for
25 minutes. Reduce pressure.
- Stir with sourced cream and adjust seasoning for taste. Sprinkle
with chives then serve.
